Are ACA subsidies considered public benefits?

Hi, I just moved to the US with my wife several in September using a K1 Visa. She registered for a SSN, and we subsequently married and then enrolled jointly in the Affordable Care Act (ACA) for our health insurance. Since my current job offer doesn't have me working until Jan. '18, I currently have no income, and we were eligible for rather hefty premium subsidies, which we used for our first month's premium.

I'm completing Form I-485 now and note that in "Part 8: General Eligibility and Inadmissibility", it inquires about "Public Assistance" - asking whether or not my wife "has received public assistance from the United States from any source" in the past, or has plans to in the future. My question is whether or not these premium subsidies that we received qualify as public assistance or not for the purposes of Form I-485? We weren't eligible for Medicaid, CHIP, etc., so I'm pretty sure that that answer is "No", but just wanted to check because I don't want to make a mistake, and this question is pretty specific.
