I am getting married while under VWP and no, I did not have intent to immigrate or marry, it just my feelings for my girlfriend grew within the time I'm here, and wanted her to be my wife, so I proposed, not knowing the legal processes of USA. Now we are about to have a wedding coming up and I've got a month left until I leave but I do not want to because I want to be with my soon to be wife I want to file for adjustment of status however I am afraid of it getting denied thus causing me to get deported. I don't want to get banned from coming to the USA especially when my beautiful wife is there I need help!!

You will be out of status.  Best advice is to go home and process it from your home country.  Or you can do a K1 visa process, but you will also have to go home to your home country.  I don't suggest doing an AOS but that's my opinion.

Based on what you posted, you can file AOS after marriage.  But be aware that you can not leave the US or work until you have an APPROVED Advance Parole.  That will take about 4 months after filing.

You should read this guide to learn more.

If he marries and files for AOS, he will be in an authorized presence status.

Yeah, well you see here's an issue though. I've came this time to visit my grandma, which I visit all the time and return, I was asked who I was visiting I said my grandma because she's ill and she was undergoing surgery, which she was. but since my girl lived in the same city and state as my grandma I visited her too, and spent valuable time with her. Which I wasn't asked about but I stated my purpose was to visit my grandma which is the truth though so how do I go about this ?

FYI: met my girl two years ago when I was visiting my grandma back then she lived close to my grandma that's how I met her but then she moved to the other side of the city.

You are still fine to apply for AOS, so long as your intent when crossing the border was not to marry and stay and adjust status.

When you get your interview, and they ask why/how you came to the USA, just tell them the truth.
