St. Luke's Medical Center Appointment Letter?

Hello everyone, I have a quick question in regards of an appointment letter for SLEC medical examp.  Just moments ago, my fiancee and I finished scheduling an interview online.  We also have our DS-160 completed and receipt printed.  We also preregistered with SLEC and have printed out the letter that they e-mail you after preregistration.  Lastly, I have also sent her a copy of the I-129 package as well as all the other important information (i.e I-134, proof on ongoing relationship, etc) which should arrive tomorrow.  My question is, where do we go from here? I've followed the instructions here http://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/k-1-visa-application.html carefully, but I've also noticed that some people mention the phrase "medical appointment letter".  When exactly do we get the appointment letter?  I am just trying to figure this whole thing out so I know when to buy the plane tickets to Manila (for SLEC medical) and book a hotel.  Can we just show up without a letter BUT bring all the other necessary requirements specified (four 2x2 photos, valid passport + photocopy of bio page, interview appointment letter, interview letter?)

Actually I also have a question about one other requirement specified on http://www.slec.ph/us-visa-applicants.shtml#required-docs down where it says

Visa Interview Appointment Confirmation from the U.S. Embassy , if available

  • Principal  Applicant - original & 2 photocopies
  • Derivatives - 1 photocopy each

If Visa Interview Appointment Confirmation was received via email, print 2 copies for the principal applicant and 1 copies for each derivative.

So I am a little unclear about this.  They mention the word original, but I did not receive any interview confirmation letter form NVC, only the NOA2.  Do they want the original NOA2?  Or will the online interview registration suffice (the one we scheduled with after the BPI number was accepted on http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph  )?  I do apologize for being all over the place.  Somehow I have a funny feeling that I'm making this more complicated than it really is.  I'm just worried that my fiancee will show up there and they'll ask for something like a SLEC appointment invitation and she won't have it.

This process can be daunting and don't feel you're alone. From your description above you have everything you need. The Visa Appointment Confirmation from the US Embassy with the case number is presented to SLEC during the medical examination is the page you printed from setting your appointment and is all you need. Copies are fine. Stay with the instructions from visa connections as it's Hanks valuable information and you won't go wrong.

No such thing as a "medical appointment letter"  ...  Nothing listed on the SLEC website either.

You need copies of the interview confirmation page (from scheduling your interview) OR copies of the NVC letter/email that notified you of your MNL #  if you have this.   Some have printed out a copy of the CEAC page with their MNL# and SLEC guards have accepted this.

DO NOT send your original NOA2 to the Philippines (or copies even) !  It isn't needed for anything during the visa process.  You will need it for AOS after you are married.

As for the Interview confirmation just print out enough copies to make SLEC happy.  No such thing as an "original" for the interview confirmation as the embassy doesn't mail anything.

... yup, you are making it more complicated  ;)

Somehow after reading replies from everyone here I feel like I can breathe a -lot- easier.  With confidence gained here, I went ahead and booked the hotels, airplane tickets, and basically got my fiance ready for the journeys to Manila :D Thank you so much everyone!  Hank, special thanks to you for all your sage advice through this journey :)
