Dear All

who can help/advice me?

After my case reviewed and completed ,the NVC sent a checklist. In that, by mentioning to one of my household member in checklist letter, assesment section they said the following.

" [x] Form I-864A, Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member
[x] According to the current poverty guidelines, it does not appear you or any of your sponsors meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrant(s) for this petition. To avoid delays, you may have the household member complete a Form I-864A Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member (Edition Date:07/02/2015). Provide it to the intending immigrant to submit at their interview. At that time, a consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement."

for more information, the household members were husband and wife, jointly, for the other one it is ok, but for the husband they said the above comments.

Now, NVC said that not need to send any additional information, just said to send to the applicant. And the case is completed.

So, what is this? Is there any thing has to do before my interview, please advice me before my interview appointed.

I thank in advance.

Blessing to All.

As it says, you don't have to send those documents to NVC. Your beneficiary  have to bring those documents during interview. They will need the I-864A form filled up. You will also need to double check whether you and your joint sponsor meet minimum requirement to sponsor your beneficiary (as they mentioned that you guys don't), otherwise you need to find an alternate joint sponsor
