We would need a lot more information than what you posted. Dates your uncle filed? who was in the petition? Where is everyone located? The ages of those petitioned? Expected priority date?

Your question is extremely incomplete.

Well family visas are meant to reunite families and since the petitioner is dead I doubt there would be a way to immigrate?

Ok. So your uncle petitioned for his brother which happens to be your father.

How old old are you now?

This is a tough one. You may have limited options. Don't know if it qualifies for humanitarian consideration.

Sorry for  your loss.

There are no petitions for nieces, nephews, cousins, nor in-laws. So your uncles would not be able to petition for you.

What if i told you that i don't have any relatives here prime relatives that is uncles since i don't have aunts. They're all in canada or us

You said you have your mother and brother. You're an adult at 19. Why do you need uncles and cousins around you? I was living in my own apartment at 18.

i lost my parents in early age (before teenage). Post that I didnt take help of any uncle or aunt, i worked my ### off and continued education. I cleaned utensils in a restaurant at cold winter evening and went for morning college.

I lived many days without food but i never gave up (never went to any one asking help or being needy). I am 32 now and I am self made man who loves and respect people with self esteem.

America is not as shiny as you think. It has its own challenge like we at third world have. Top of it America is very very expensive my friend and people work their ### off here.

If you want to come, apply for F1 visa or study hard and get H1B visa why take help of your uncle.

Not being judgmental, but as you said you have mother and brother; dude they are your family.  i would give up anything for a hug for my mom (if she was alive.), I would give up anything to sit down and eat a meal with my brother or sister (if I had a brother or sister). Well, that's me.. I am an emotional fool and that is what it makes me who i am :)

Good luck

What about ina 204

I believe that refers to spouses and biological children.
