Montgomery wait times?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place. I am curious to know if anyone that has entered the US NOT via Consular Processing and applied for I-130 concurrently have had their interview or have had it scheduled in Montgomery? Trying to see how backlogged they ae but as we all know USCIS site is not reporting on Montgomery...

You're not really helpful in here. Poster is already admitted to the US. 

OP is admitted to the US, and can now rightfully adjust status. It was up to border patrol to detect if she tried to immigrate.

Oh lord really? I entered into the US LEGALLY, my husband proposed and wanted to get married when I came t see him at Christmas time, I wasn't expecting it at all. I was scheduled to go home because like most legit people I had my job, home etc. He asked me not to leave, and if you were an immigration officer in my home or me at the office, you would have proof that there was no intent to stay.  Canada is not that far away  and I realize people are waiting, I don't have a problem waiting like everyone else. I like most people on here are always wondering about wait times So in saying that, if you cannot be informative in this, I am done speaking with you.

I can read very well, thank you. According to her profile, her adjustment of status is pending - which means she should be in the US. 
Poster hasn't really said if she is currently in the US or not.

"us" people are not naive. We simply acknowledge that not everyone uses loopholes to avoid the consular processing. Things happen.
Never judge before you know the whole situation.

Anywho, waiting times depends on the volume of your local office. Maybe even the National Benefit Center, if your petition is still there.
