 Good day everyone,

I am in the process of gathering information for the K1 visa and have gone through the checklist here on visa journey and also on the uscis website but I didn't see where it states to include the affidavit of support and proof of income. Do I need to include affidavit of  support form i184 or the i34 with tax returns or is this suppose to be sent later in the process like when you receive NOA2?. I am confused. Also my fiancé sent me his passport picture via email. Is there anyway for me to resize it to the required dimensions or does he have to have that done and sent to me via mail? Thank you.

You are correct, the tax forms and affidavit of support are requested after approval.  I see conflicting info on pictures.  We sent them but they weren't used on anything.  New ones were needed for the interview.

Hi it is after, when you receive the NOA2  she will need it for her interview, and you do need real passport photos, and the intent of marrying her signature and I would recommend sending her birth certificate just in case because a lady told me they ask for that in the initial package.
