After you apply for i751 and if you get approved you will get your gc, you dont have to separately apply apart from i-751.

Hello, 

 

I'm getting everything ready to send my package the 10th. My question is when filling the form, part 1, question 7, where do I get my alien number? is it the same that is shown in my green card under UCSIS #? 

If I get letters from friends/family,  they have to be notarized or simple letters will be ok?

Hi everyone. My 90days prior was September 23rd but I filed on October 4th so I guess I am October filer? lol

And it arrived at Vermont USCIS on October 7th...waiting on my NOA.

Hello,

i will send my package for Roc tomorrow ( i751 ) but im so lost about how i should organize it !

i have got a binder and sheet protectors and put every document in a separate sheet protector but i felt like its gonna be too much i dont want to make things hard for the officer or whoever gonna receive my package! What do u guys think is it okey to send it like that or should i just get papers out of the binder and put all of them together in one big binder clip ??

Yes, the Alien Number is the nine-digit USCIS # on your green card.

Looks like I am joining this gang too...I-751 for the second time ffs.

 

Sent mine to Vermont via FedEx today, so will be there by 9am tomorrow.

Last time (in 2015) they cashed my cheque within 2 days and I had the extension letter in hand within a week... will see how this one goes...

What your HR person is doing is illegal.

Produce your valid state ID and an unrestricted social security card- this satisfies the I-9 requirements fully.

Google I-9 and look at the form, instructions and document list- it is VERY clear, and also explicitly states that the employer does not get to choose which documents are provided, nor discriminate on the basis of any specific document.
