I dont see the Td/Tdap vaccine on this list. Double check that you can show that you have receive this vaccines.

3 x tetanus; 1 x MMR, 1 x Flu Jab (from Oct), and the varicella that we've been discussing. For some reason my GP couldn't add the 3rd tetanus on my computerised record, so I'm taking my handwritten record card with me also.

The shot list I have on file is here - Check it's up to date though

Oh I see... Hmm we haven't received it yet. They just mailed it yesterday. I'm thinking that it might be a mistake on their part, that they might have sent the RFE twice, cause prior to the arrival of the RFE mail, I sent an inquiry to USCIS about not receiving the RFE on time. They responded to that query on Sept. 22. By then, we have already received the mail and responded to first RFE

They mailed the first RFE on Sept. 6, we received it on Sept. 15 and they receieved the RFE, Sept. 22. Tricky part there is that they responded to my query and the RFE pack we sent on the same day... So I'm just really confused right now.

Anyone here with the same situation?

---I posted that in the previous thread last night.. So they responded to my inquiry and updated that they received the RFE on the same day, Sept. 22, 2017. But the "second" RFE (duplicate) was only mailed Sept. 26, 2017. As I have two updates in my profile, 1. recieved RFE on Sept. 22 and 2. mailed RFE on Sept. 26, does it mean my case was placed on hold again last Sept. 26 for RFE or is the process ongoing for when they received the response last Sept. 22 the first time?

Please help. Tier 2 is not doing much help and I'm really frustrated right now. We don't know how to clear this up with them :(:(:(

Probably a duplicate RFE..I received a second one after talking to a TIER 2 and I guess they put in a query even though it hadn't been mailed out yet...second copy never showed up so They must have caught it because they received my reply before it was printed and sent.

@Chris2870 When they sent the second RFE after speaking to Tier 2, was your case put on hold? Or did they stick to the first time they received the response for RFE? cause we have

Relaxing is relative, since I have to take care of things here before moving, though being me I have most of it either arranged or scheduled :P

We sure will do some fun things too, but anything is better when shared anyway

I didn't get to tell you this yesterday, but for what you've said, it also seems to me they duplicated your RFE.

Logic tells me that shouldn't be a reason for delay, since what they really care for is getting the right evidence, not whatever the app can say... Specially if we consider they don't always update it.

So did you try to call again about it and the Tier 2 couldn't give you any explanation or answer to ease your mind?

So let's hope the hardcopy is there soon, to finally figure it out.

okay.. yea if you were to examine it logically, I agree with you. Thing is, they're not coordinated and updated. For today, we haven't called them yet. I'm planning to get myself a Skype number now just so I can personally call them instead of asking fiancé to do it.
