Help please!

I mailed my AOS/EAD/AP together with two money orders totalling $1225.

I received two receipts for the AOS and AP confirming they are being processed but the EAD NOA states my application is denied due to incorrect payment or no payment at all.

Can someone please help me with this? I was under the impression if you filed the EAD with the AOS then no additional payment was required on top of the $1225 as per the K1 guide...

Sorry for those problems!  I never use money orders, only checks drawn on banks, as when it is actually cashed, I can see it on line, and if needed, download the front and back scans.  Hard for anyone to say they didn't get it.  I think in your case though,  it's probably the incorrect amount.  I do hope you can get it corrected in a timely manner!  Good luck to you!!!

The amount was correct. I think the multiple money orders probably tripped some new guy up (and I understand why 2 were needed due to limits many providers place on money orders).

This seems to be quite common, and it happened to me as well. Like others have said, you need to file again, send in the whole thing just like you did the first time. But with the i-485 NOA1 this time as proof of pending i-485. I too printed out the instructions from their own website and highlighted the part where it says there's no fee.

Just like with your case they never sent me any of my supporting docs back, including the passport photos. I had bought 8 photos at Costco (only 10 USD for 8 photos) and I had sent 6 of them with the original AOS package so there were still 2 sitting and waiting to be used, so I guess it was meant to be..

They sent me back a list of all the USCIS fees too in the rejected package, on that very list it said that if you have a pending i-485 you don't have to pay a fee for the i-765 - I sent that very list back to them as well, with that part highlighted.

EDIT; I used a regular personal check in the amount of 1225 USD.

When i went to get the vaccination record done by a USCIS certified CS he wanted me to get the physical test done again. I told him i only need the vaccination page to be updated and since am on a K-1 visa my medical exam is good for 1 year. He started saying i do this on daily basis and i know what am doing and just before things could turn into a argument, I had to pull up the instructions page of I-693 on my phone and i showed it to him and then he's like oh i didnt read that part !!! i didnt know what to say..anyways..... @Isabella_NZ yea.. re-send the application with the NOA1 of I-485, instructions page highligted and the rejected notice copy as said by @Suss&Camm

Hello Sir, regarding with the medical thing coz im also from K1 visa, do i need to print the I-693 form and bring it along with me when i go to the USCIS certified CS?

Thank you

Thank you

If your foreign medical exam(DS-3025) has a check mark on "2. Summary for Immigrant Visa Applicants - US Vaccination Record COMPLETE", then you WON't be needing another medical exam or I-693 and if it's NOT complete then yes you will have to fill the I-693 and print it off and take it with you along with the foreign medical exam report (DS-3025) and passport with you to the nearest USCIS CS... you can find your local USCIS CS here...

Thanks for the advice - I sent the package yesterday along with a cover letter and the highlighted fee waiver and a copy of the I-485 proof so fingers crossed they dont reject me again!!
