Mysterious about document submitted to NVC via CEAC

I submitted the required Form I-864 on Sep 11,2017. Then i received an email from NVC stating that I had a message regarding to my application on Sep 14, 2017. When I logged into my account there was "0" message but I see "rejected on Form I-864 status. So I uploaded another version  on Sep 15,2017. I didn't hear back from the NVC for more than 10 days since I submitted the corrected version. So I called the NVC today (Sep 25, 2017) and the representative said that there is no  indication on my new submission of document. He suggested me to submit it again. However, on my account page, i can clearly see that the document i submitted on Sep 15, 2017 with the status of "SUBMITTED". I am so confuse and I am not sure how i can trust the CEAC. Shall i send another copy in the paper form via mail?

You should check out this forum started for CEAC filers. I've used it for my case and it was super helpful to get advice from others in they process. It's not only for those who submitted for May, but since there are so few of us doing this new route then it's been helpful.
