I hope this is the right place to ask this (admins, I am sooo sorry if it isn't)

My Canadian husband is here in the US with me and he was let go from his job in Canada, after 19 years, on Dec 31st 2017. Is he still able to collect Canadian Unemployment Insurance at all? Just wanted to check.

Thanks!!

This is an American immigration forum. Try asking on a Canadian forum.

That's a little unnecessary. We have a whole forum for Canadians, and there's a thread dedicated to EI.
