Assault Battery Criminal Record 20 YEARS AGO

I have a FEMALE friend that had 2 ASSAULT CRIMINAL RECORDs. She went to jail for months and that was 20 years ago.

 

That main reason was that she caught her husband(2 grown up kids now) and her co-worker cheating on her. She never got married and stay single

 

and been always on GC (updated twice already). Does she need a lawyer for this for her naturalization process?

Doesn't NEED a lawyer, as long as she fills out the application truthfully. 

 

I'd also suggest not mentioning the reason for the charge - it's irrelevant.
