AOS Receipt for Paid fees

Hello,  I have paid both my IV Fee and AOS fee. Both show status as paid. The problem is when I go to print out the proof of payment for the fees, only the IV fee come up, there is no sign of the AOS fee. I have had my 601A waiver rejected because it does not contain proof of my payment for AOS. I already Called NVC and even tried sending my 601A packet again with an explanation on why the AOS payment receipt is not attached, but it has been no help. I have been stuck and can't continue with my process, please help.
