Hi All,

just a quick question. We have submitted our financial and civil docs and did call to get SD but find out they haven't scan our financial docs yet and ask us to call again tomorrow. I am just worried that they got everything or they misplaced it as all our docs was in same envelope. Also i wanted to know what is the average time for NVC to review docs after SD to get CC.

Thanks

It varies but at the moment for people who receive no checklist (submitted all the correct information) its taking between 6-11 weeks. Most people from June / Julyish seem to be getting CC after around 8 week mark.

My case i-130 was approved from uscic on 9th January, 2018 and send to National Visa Center (NVC). Please some one tell me how long hold NVC my  case for further procedings.

You likely won't get a call to say that NVC received it, but they should have it by now. You can call them and ask them. By now, it should have a case number so you should call and get the Case# and the Invoice ID# and then you can sign into https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx and see what the next steps are.

The great thing about NVC is that you can always call them and ask questions. just make sure you have your USCIS receipt number for them
