I'm done with my interview, but i got 221(g) and i need to submit my A.K.A NBI Clearance & Cenomar of my petitioner. My question is how long is the process of waiting the approval? The consul told me that he can't approved my visa because he needs my Nbi & Cenomar of my fiancee.. Once i sent my Docs to them, they will continue the process... They also keep my passport and docs.

Some one here had experience that? Thank you!!!

Dont worry, it will take about just 7 days once you send the document. During my K-1 visa the last thing the VO asked if for a UK Police certificate and gave me instructions on how to apply for the same. He said decision will be made on based on that.... so i came back home and applied for UK PC and got it in mail in about 3 weeks and i sent the UK PC along with my passport to the consulate and then the following was the status for the next 7 days ..AP>Ready>AP> Issued

don't worry, it don't seem like a big problem :) good luck
