I have just completed and gathered all documents needed and am ready to send to begin my process. However i was unsure if anything needed notary. Is there anything I needed notarize? Thank you

Nothing really. Just send clear, legible and unaltered copies of your various documents and proofs. For the form and any translation certification, those should be with original/wet signatures.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

Hi @Ulloa, we didn't get anything notarized but we did get my fiance's acta de nacimiento, personal statement and intent to marry document translated from Spanish to English. It needs to be translated by a certified translator and stamped with their seal.
