We already process my k-1 visa and currently I am working at saudi arabia as a nurse. I am planning to go back home to Philippines 1-2 mos before going to the states. Will that be okay even if I have acquired the k-1 visa in the saudi arabia? 

Does anyone have done this?

It's a non-issue for you to go to the PH or even stay there a few months before heading to the US.

 

The only time your travels would be an issue is if you go through a US POE before your intended permanent move to the US after receiving your K-1 visa. Remember, your K-1 is only for a one-time use.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.
