Affidavit of support

Hi everyone,

I am on the step to get all the financial document for the affidavit of support . I-84

My salary is 66000 usd, is that enough to sponsor my parents or should I add my father in law's tax paper as well? Should I send both of us papers together or wait for the NVC to refuse my financial document then send my father in law's paper?

Thx for your advice

An annual income if $51,650 would cover a household size of 8 according to the poverty guideline: https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p.

Your annual income just needs to be able to cover you + all your dependents + your immigrant mother + your immigrant father.
