I was wondering if someone could tell me how long the Cenomar, Nbi and other clearance letters are good for?  The reason why i ask is i had my Fiance get all hers just after we filed in may 2017 or shortly before.

NBI and CENOMAR are the documents that the embassy is picky about for being "too old", they don't like either document to be older than 6 months at the time of interview.

However if you are applying for a Philippines passport you will need a newer PSA birth certificate. NSO certificates can be rejected.

Yes that is true, if your BC is that many years old get a new one
