It sounds like she got her 10 year greencard? Is so, there is little you can do now but divorce and move on (or ask her if she'd be willing to go to marriage counselling) .

You are a USC, or LPR, right?  There is no "trouble" you can get into by getting divorced.  Divorce if you wish, and move on, or try to salvage your marriage.

She has a 10-year green card now, so she doesn't need to include you in her future immigration process should she ever wish to become naturalized, if that's your concern.

Why would you be thinking of divorce? Do you not want to save the marriage? If she's not happy, don't you want her to be happy? You say she's talking to someone else. Just as friends? Nothing wrong with that! Is it someone from the same country or language as her? It could just be a feeling of isolation. Even I get that sometimes and I'm from the U.K., an English-speaking country not too dissimilar to the US.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

Then divorce, move on with your life, and seek happiness.

How do you know she is cheating? A job where you work? She may feel isolated, because you're basically always there. At work and at home.

Either way, try talking to her and if it can't be salvaged divorce and move on.
