Hi Guys, 

 

Thanks y'all so much for the wonderful support that you have provided.

 

I am currently putting together my I-751 packet and the following are the ducments that I am sending in. Is there something that I have missed in this list?

 

  • Form G-1145
  • Form I-751
  • Copy of the passport and green card of mine.
  • Proof of Financial Comingling
    1. Copy of Joint Tax Returns – 2015 and 2015
    2. Copy of Joint Savings and Checking Account statement – 08-2015 to 08-2017
    3. Copy of Utility Bills
      • Reliant Energy
      • Xfinity
      • Verizon / Sprint
    4. Copy of Retirement Funds (Both of ours showing the other as beneficiary)
    5. Joint Auto Loan Consumer Lending Plan Advance Receipt
    6. Copy of our credit cards showing a joint account.
    7. Copy of Joint Credit Card Statements
      • Discover Credit Card Statements
      • Chase Slate Credit Card Statements
      • Chase Prime Credit Card Statements
      • Capital One Credit Card Statements
  • Proof of Social Comingling
    1. Three original sworn affidavits by friends / colleagues and family, attesting to our relationship and marriage.
    2. Copy of Joint Medical Insurance provided by my company
    3. Copy of Life insurance cover showing the other as sole beneficiary
    4. Copy of Joint Auto Insurance since 2016
    5. Copy of Notarized Last Will and Testament
    6. Copy of proof of co-ownership of an AKC registered pup
    7. Copy of Pictures with family and friends

Aug 08, 2017 (Day 24) - Biometrics (fingerprinting) completed

Aug 14, 2017 (Day 30) - Online EGOV status shows "Interview Scheduled, will mail appointment letter"

Aug 16, 2017 (Day 32) - Online MYUSCIS status shows "Interview Scheduled, read the letter we mailed you..."

Aug 17, 2017 (Day 33) - Interview Appointment Letter PDF posted online---GOT AN INTERVIEW DATE!!!

Aug 21, 2017 (Day 37) - Interview Appointment Letter received in the mail, appointment for 09/27/17

Sep. 27, 2017 (Day 74) - Naturalization Interview--- read my experience here

Sep. 27, 2017 (Day 74) - Online MYUSCIS status shows "Oath Ceremony Notice mailed"

Sep. 28, 2017 (Day 75) - Oath Ceremony Letter PDF posted online--Ceremony for 10/19/17

Why do you send a G-1145?

 

Instructions on the USCIS website clearly say that "This service is available for applications filed at a USCIS Lockbox facility."

I know the photocopy of the marriage certificate isn't required....but the OP asked for suggestions on what else to include---I made a suggestion.  Doesn't hurt to include it :)
