Hope someone has experienced or knows about this issue, and maybe a fix?

Here is the background information so far:

I received email from embassy that we can schedule interview.  They sent to my email, which was on the I-129F.

My fiance setup the visa account on USTraveldocs.com using her email.  Everything is entered and ready to go on this account, including fees. We expected they would contact her when it was time to schedule the interview.

Went into her account on UStraveldocs.com, and still have message to wait for embassy to contact us for interview.

I tried to setup a new account using my email, but the system will not let me.

Called the embassy, they said we have to wait for them to contact my fiance (beneficiary) to use her account.  They put in a request about the problem, and sent email to my fiance.  The issue may take a few days for solution.

Don't understand what the embassy uses to track and allow the interview to be scheduled and how this links to USTravelDocs.com website.

So my question: has any one had, or know of this problem?

Anyone know of a way to fix this, or am I stuck at the mercy of the embassy resolving the problem?

Thanks for the help.

Heard ppl scheduled interviews until the end of October already (non-immigrants at least) not sure how they gonna treat k-1 cases :( do you have any information?

thank you anyway!

K1 is immigrant visa.  Moscow has always done K1 only.  I asked the embassy a couple of weeks ago, and they said K1 would not change.  So we will see.

Let you know when we can finally schedule our interview and how far out it is.

Have you scheduled your interview already?  We still can't get available dates from the Moscow Consulate ....

Still waiting. Sent several emails, got through to embassy on the phone - they all say to be patient, and they are working as fast as they can to open interview dates.

Hope we get interview soon, and it is not too far in the future.

All this waiting is driving us crazy - so close!

Get to work this morning, very bummed out, still no appointment date.....

Decide to check the USTravelDocs site one more time today, get to the appointment page, and there it is - and actual 3 month calendar!!!!  Only one date though, October 25.

So I think the embassy is assigning dates, rather than allow you to pick the date.
