My husband tried to obtain it but the process from his home state takes over a month. At the interview he was asked for it and after he explained the process they allowed him to proceed without it. He also said that while he was waiting in line they told everyone that if they were missing something they where going to be given an opportunity to obtain the paper. Some people where able to get their police record online, but it varies according to everyones home state.

How long did it take to get your packet at ASC?

How long after interview approval did you pick up passport from DHL and were able to return to the states?

We got the DHL packet that Friday. It was not even mail to anyone. To us it seamed as if they held on the the packets and send  all the ones form that’s week on Friday. We where able to come back right after receiving the packet.
