Oh all you guys got your NOA and extention already?

I mailed the package on Aug 31st and it was delivered on September 1st. Today is 9/11 and I haven't received anything so far. My check wasn't cashed either.

Should I be worried?

Another day passed...Check's not cashed yet...no returned package...I'm worried now....

Did you track you parcel and make sure it was delivered?

If you call uscis now, they will give you the usual 'you've got to wait until after 30 days' line before you call them. But you can give it a try

HELP!!  I have been a wee bit stressed lately and focus not always "focussed".  I have a two year Green Card which expires on January 27, 2018.  For some reason, I mis-calculated and had September 27th on my brain, and, I sent in my Removal of Conditions submission.   What will happen now?  Will they return the package to me and I will have to re-send in a month?

RRRGGGHHHHH!!   so frustrated.........

If you filed early then USCIS will return the package to you. Send it again when the 90 days window is open. Good luck

The immigration process caused me PTSD.

Just look out for your mails ... uscis would return your package with a letter ticking this first option on the list as reason why it's returned and ask you to resubmit within the 90 days windows :)

Our son just turned 4 last month! I totally understand! Where does the time go!!!! At least we are together now since he's 14 months old. Having to travel while pregnant every month or so and then giving birth alone because the visa didn't go through yet and then having to travel with a newborn the first 14 months of his life o he could know his daddy and daddy him was INSANE! So this time the wait is SO much easier lol!

These babies are such a blessing !!!

I know right. Sounds like it was very hard for you in the beginning. I'm glad you're finally with your love and progressing through the progress.
