Oh all you guys got your NOA and extention already?

I mailed the package on Aug 31st and it was delivered on September 1st. Today is 9/11 and I haven't received anything so far. My check wasn't cashed either.

Should I be worried?

My 90 days starts on 24th  (GC expires Dec 24).  Getting my docs in order.

I have a question about the ''Affidavits by at least wo people'' listed in the instructions:

What should this affidavid look like , sample letter?

Does it have to say Affidavit at the top of the letter and does it have to be Notarized ? or simply signed and dated by the person?

Hi Roni07,

Based on my research, for Affidavit Letter of Support, your friend's signature will be efficient. Here is the template that I've used also it's attached. In I-751 instruction, they didn't mention that must be notarized by a notary public so I got only my friend's signature. Also same website mentioned:

Quote

The letter does not need to be notarized, but it is helpful to include a sworn statement that states, “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.”

Even if they listed it in the instruction it's good to have it but not strong, objective evidence that a bona fide marriage exists.

Hope it helps.

Regards,

Emre

Im guessing a quickly as they open it? Maybe within the week? HOW slowly they mail it is another thing. How much time do you have to file ? Not sure you should wait or send a copy of the packet in with the proper amounts ???

Hi,

So I got the returned package from uscis yesterday with a rejection letter of incorrect filing fee. (I was 10$ short :) )..

I've bought the correct money order and sent in the package back to them ... fingers crossed, hopefully I get my extensions letter soonest
