15 minutes before interview time.   Do NOT arrive earlier .. you will not be allowed on embassy grounds until within 15 minutes of your interview.

Go there around 9AM. the guards will allow you to come inside 1 hr before the interview. :)) No harm in going there an hr before the interview.

Pwede ka naman pumunta mga 8:30. Pero it depends to the guard if they will let you in already :))

No the guards will not allow them in.  Embassy specifically makes note to NOT arrive more than 15 minutes early.

You should arrive #Within15 minutes prior to your appointment time. All applicants who arrive earlier than 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment will be asked to wait outside the Embassy premises.

(I see your last entry in your timeline shows your case file arrived a month ago.  Have you completed your interview, and did you arrive an hour early and did the guard allow you entry?)

The embassy states differently.  This has been in effect since Feb. 2016

In our continuing efforts to ensure the highest level of customer service, the Immigrant Visa unit will implement a new appointment system designed to minimize applicant wait time.

Effective February 01, 2016, Immigrant Visa interviews will be scheduled at 6:45 am, 7:30 am, 8:15 am and 9:00 am. Embassy personnel will facilitate entry of immigrant visa applicants 15 minutes prior to their respective interview time slot.

All applicants who arrive earlier than 15 minutes before their interview time will be asked to wait outside the Embassy premises.

My interview will be in 3 days. :)) But I plan on going there an hour earlier. Actually my friends told me to come early.. My other friend went to the embassy around 6AM, they let her in before 7AM. her appointment was 8:40AM.. she already finished everything even before 8:40AM. I don't really see any problem whether we go there an hour earlier the appointment schedule.

They will still let the applicant in if wala masyadong tao.. Anong araw po interview nyo? Hopefully wala din masyadong tao during my interview.. Keri lang po yung questions?

I only post what the embassy has on their website (and their FB page) ... which I have shared here.   It states to NOT arrive more than 15 minutes early.

If the guards and embassy are not enforcing their rule ...  have a party.

Do post back after your interview ... would appreciate.  Thanks

Hank

So madali lng naman tlga, kayang kaya mo yan..
