Greetings from Morocco!

I'm planning on applying for an F2A process through consular processing but I would like to know, if the priority date can change according to the country you live in, in my case, Morocco, and if it could help in making the process faster. Thanks for your help people even tho this question seems pretty lame but I'm just trying to get a better understanding of the process in its core!

Yes and no. For the F2A category, the priority date is the same for everyone except applicants from Mexico. And even their priority date is only a few weeks behind everyone else so not a huge difference. The biggest impact is in the F4 category, in particular for applicants from the Philippines who wait around 10 years longer than others.

Thank you for your reply jfh !

Now if I may ask I did a little research on the website and saw some timelines that took less than 1 year to be achieved, is it normal or is there some kind of explanation to it ?
