Hi All,

My case is little twisted and not sure how to do H4 visa. Marriage happened in 2012 after 2 years there are issues within the family and applied for divorce and divorce issued by the court in 2015. Later in 2016, I moved to the US on H1B and while filling DS-160 , I mentioned marital status as Divorced and provided my spouse details. Later we decided to live together. How can I bring my wife to US h4 visa? Do I need to re-marry her again?

Can someone please provide the procedure.

Appreciate your help and support in this regard.

Thanks in advance
