But to intentionally procrastinate the process it would not be a reason of service center at all that is why it is divided to six service center if I am not mistaken...For me regardless it will be sooner or not, me and my husband are both hands on in preparing proper documents, for now we are beginning to consolidate the phase 2 requirements by means of that, I am pertaining about us preparing hard copies of the common requirements might be requested by nvc instead of cramming when you have it, if there is additional that we are not awared or prepared, well that will be furnished immediately by us but ofcourse we are fully aware not to send it yet unless we are on that path .It would be nice for us to be in touch and guide eachother or give some thoughts.I miss my husband so much for five years living in together this is the first time we are going to be apart for a longer period but God is with us.Thanks for making this forum, I have been looking for it. @MR-SAUDI

Hi all..My husband mailed our  I-130 on 4th August 2017

 

Cheque cashed on August 11th 

 

Text message saying case was received and a receipt number August 11th

 

Email stating case was accepted and routed to the Texas Service Centre for Processing on August 11th 

 

Good luck to everyone ...i hope the processing time frames on the USCIS website needs updating and we all get through sooner!!

Well I'm the last one here now.

 

My wife mailed our I-130 on Monday August 21, they said in the Post Mail that arrives Wednesday 23, so we are waiting NOA1, how many days average is taking, and well, we are the newbies here, but think in this, time is'n stop by no one, we can only freeze in a photo shot! So our approval is going to be, soon or later but will be, let's pray to God, and help us between us!

Good Luck! Your case routed to TSC and it is great news, you will not be stuck for 8 to 10 months like Nebraska Service center.

Good luck August filers! I filed August 7th with NOA1 August 14th and PD August 9th, so far the LIN receipt number doesn’t work on the website to track the processing. My attorney called USCIS and said that they will take up to 45 days to update the website so if anyone of you cannot track the receipt number don’t worry just wait around a month or so. Nebraska is very slow so expect 8-10 months of waiting for an approval.

So there are center more congested than other, what will be the worst, and what would be the faster, I mean best and worst scenario in proccesing times, just to know when I got my NOA1 if make a  or start to  !!!! And how do we know that!

Exactly, Your lawyer said right, 45 days and waiting time is 8 to 10 months. could be longer or lesser!

Yes, we are the latest (just for now), and with a long journey in fornt of us but, like I said before, the day of what we were talking about pur Embassy experiences and POE will arrive. Let's put this in God's hands right!

It's really gonna work on nerves as track the case will also take 45 days! Yeah, We have to put trust in God, and I wish to get approval soon to everyone and to me as well.
