First of all, did you receive a petition denial or a visa refusal?

 

If so, at which stage did you get the refusal or denial? After the embassy interview? After submitting the I-129F documents?

 

Sometimes embassies use the word "petition" to encompass the entire visa application process. You technically stay the "beneficiary" right up until you get the visa in hand.

There's no such thing as DS260 denial.  Only a consular official at interview can make a decision to approve or deny your visa application.

Can you be more specific where did you see this and was there more to the status message. Not a lot to go on here.

I submit my ds 260 in last May now when I acsses to my submitted ds260 I see in the first page that my case currently at Kcc

It means exactly what it says. It will stay at KCC until your number is current and you are scheduled for interview, at which stage it will be transferred to the consulate.

 

Can you not keep all your DS260 questions on one thread rather than starting a new one every time?
