More than 5 months waiting to pick up my passport

Hello everyone! 

I am a 2017 lottery winner. I passed the interview on February 15th successfully. They told me that my visa is approaved. whenever I check my visa status online, I get notified that my visa is issued. Though, up to  now I haven't gotten my passport returned to me. I have contacted the us consulate in casablanca recently, they told me that my case is still under review. It has been now about 6 months of waiting. Please, what should I do?!

If the visa is listed as issued since February that could be a problem regarding the expiry. Who are you speaking to at Casablanca? I don't know details of that embassy but something is certainly wrong if your status is showing issued (not AP) but they haven't returned your passport. Can you try speak to someone else at the embassy?

Thanks for reacting. I don't no any otherway to contact the ambassy. They keep telling me that my case IS still under review whenEver I call them via phone

Send them an email stating that you have been waiting 5 months for your passport:

ActuaLly I did. They said IT can exeed that when IT comes to adminStrative procEssing
