I saw that you were approved. Congrats! I'm wondering if you ever did include the juvenile record on the 129F and if you had to disclose it?

They don't care about an arrest for a moped.

I have been charged found guility on DWI. I have been arrested for trespassing and released. I had to go to court with a jury for Burglary of a coin operated machine, the judge threw the case out of court after about 15 minutes of trail starting.

I have been arrested for fighting in public and Public Intoxicatiion.

Never put any of that stuff on my I-129 and never had an issue, and I have probably had more approved K1 visas than anyone on this forum.

They only care about certain crimes, read the instruction which one it more like kidnapping,  elder abuse, hostage taking, etc.

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

Thanks for the congrats!..... She is here with me now back in the US and we are thankful ..... To answer your question I did request a report for any record I had as a juvenile and the report came up empty but I still had them send the official report from the court house even though it was blank\clean ....I still disclosed that I was arrested as a juvenile for a minor offense just to be safe. ...... Nobody is perfect and I felt better disclosing it and admitting my mistake as a kid...... It was never a factor as I never had any question about it or request for any other info regarding the matter. My guess would be if I was the person reviewing the application and someone admitted it rather than hiding it then I would have respected that rather than trying too hide it and it came up on a government report..... I would have possibly denied the application for not disclosing and answering the question honestly ...... it is plain and simple as it asks "Have you ever been arrested"

thats just my 2 cents worth

Good point. I just did not answer "Yes" to being arrested because I did not commit any of the crimes that was listed on the 129f. If I had, even as a juvenile, I would have definitely listed it.
