HI everyone I'm from Guyana and we filed I-601 Waiver with a receipt date of 19 June 2017. I noticed that NSC is currently backed up with I-601 waivers from the other service centers. Seems like a long wait more for me :(

Hi!   My husband is in Guyana, we filed 601 receipt date December 21, 2016.  We are still waiting.  Looks like we should receive a response soon...hopefully.

Hello I received our receipt notice for November 2017, Does this mean I will have to wait 14 months for an approval?  Is there different process for each country?

Hello!  Unfortunately I think all 601 waivers are being processed at Nebraska Service Center.  https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do

They are taking over a year.

I will let you know when we receive a response.

It took our i601 waiver 1 year 2 months and 2 days. Theres a USCIS App that you can check upto 50 cases submitted the same day and similar to yours. As soon as i saw others waivers being RFE I knew we were close. We were approved without RFE.

Congrats on your approval! What  was your  receive date if you don't mind me asking? I use to check the app almost every single day but it never moves. 😞 Every now and then I check the processing table and it seems that the wait just gets longer.

Yes but my husband is June 2017 so we have a way to go. I keep hoping that they will speed up the processing time. Just have to stay positive and keep praying.

yes you have a long ways to go. You can get your councilman or woman involved if you have a reason to expedite the review process. i don't see it speeding up, it used to be 6 months and then 8 months and then 12 months and ours took 14 months
