Is it normal to not have the ability to pay the IV and AOS fee at the same time? I paid the AOS fee and the IV "pay now" link is available but when I click it, it just shows me AOS fee. I will call NVC to confirm but I wanted to check here before I call.

The same thing happened to us. Our aos fee got held up in the fee payment problem that they were having recently (thankfully they seem to have fixed it).

I was told that it can take up to 1 week from when they have reviewed your DS-261 (the review can take up to like 3 or 4 weeks from when you submit it) until the iv fee will be invoiced. They also seemed to suggest that the iv fee is not invoiced until the aos fee is paid, but that doesn't not seem to be correct.

If you used an agent at the I-130 stage then is seems that they automatically use that info in place of the ds-261 and may invoice both fees almost simultaneously.

Relationship:     First met 2015, Married since Oct 2016

2016 Sep/Oct - Third trip to China (10 days) this time with my parents so that my parents could meet him and his mom, along with lots of sightseeing and food (i'm sure you've picked up on a trend by now :D)

2016 Oct - At the end of the time in China my parents, myself, and Xuan all traveled to Canada (7 days) so that we could get married, but unfortunately his mom couldn't come along with us.

2016 Oct 08 - Wedding day on top of Mount Washington on Vancouver Island, and it had just snowed the night before. (L)(L)

The CR-1 Process:    NOA1 - PD 27 Dec 2016 (TSC)

Spoiler

2016 Dec 21 - Sent I-130 packet (along with G-1145 for e-notification) by USPS priority mail express (1-day), but missed the pick-up so it won't actually leave till the next day

I got a checklist of a document I already submitted , a police report from Malaysia , (certificate of good conduct from the ministry of foreign affairs ) I don't understand and I followed the online step to obtain that and the checklist says is not the right document and the representative confirmed to me is the right document .

I sent my complete documents to the NVC on the 24th of April, but didn't get a feedback after 14 weeks. I called, only to be told that they could only find my civil documents. It sounded strange cause I sent everything in one package. Now my case is being forwarded to a supervisor for a review which could take another 6 weeks. Now here is my question, should I just wait until 6 weeks, or send in another batch of my documents? I need help here please from anyone who has had such an experience. Thanks in advance.

Correct. The day they say it arrived. Sometimes it arrives but they don't "scan" it in until a day or so after
