Hello! Every one 

I came here I have questions to ask who know clear about I-765. I was submitting I-485 I-131 and I-765.  I paid all $1225 . Both of I-485 and I-131 uscis sent mail to me they are processing but I-765 was reject . And uscis sent the reason because I paid incorrect fees. I want to ask everyone. Did form I-765 fee? And how much I need to pay ? Thank you

If you are concurrent filing with I-485 it should be free. Just print your receipt and send the form I-765 back with your receipt copy.

Happened to me too, i-485 and i-131 were accepted but i-765 was rejected because of "wrong fee". 

 

You just send your package back to USCIS again, to the same address as before. Include a copy of your i-485 NOA1 as proof of pending AOS application. You can also print out the i-765 form instructions and highlight the text on page 10 where it clearly states that the i-765 is for free when you have a pending i-485, add that to the package for extra clarification. Also make a copy of the rejection notice and put that in the package along with the green sheet in the front of the package.

You sent the correct fees but there are some clueless USCIS staff anyways  You will probably have better luck if you make a copy of your I-485 NOA1 and resend your I-765 with that. Sending your payment receipt for the amount $1225 might be misconstrued as 'wrong payment' once again.

Scary to see the large amount of incompetence withing the staff. Same thing happened to us, delayed our papers 1 full month and now still waiting for 765 to be processed. We are pushing at 5 months of waiting now.
