HI EVERYONE ON VISAJOURNEY, I'M WORKING WITH MY FIANCEE ON I-129 F FORM AND WE RAN INTO THIS ISSUE OF either providing the G-325A form or not with the new released form of I-129F  . we went through the I-129F filling instructions where it did't state that . please answer urgent thank you .

Thank you so much sir, 2 more questions please, I just got passport style photo but that is not in the us format (2 inch by 2 inch )  whicj is not the case in my country, is the regular format acceptable or should I stick to the us format??

my last question is about birth certificate, should I provide both( the arabic version + translation) or just the translated one??

G-325A is no longer needed.

 

US passport photo dimensions are 2"x2". They have accepted/approved I-129F petitions with other sizes, but it also could result in an RFE. I would suggest sending what is required according to the I-129F instructions (2"x2").

 

Not sure how this is "urgent".

thank you geowrian, how about the birth certificate translation should I submit both or just the translated one ?

I was in the U.S, but not now, and on the form it says if you are currently in the U.S provide the I-94 number and other info  should I provide those info ??

I would agree that you should send a 2"x2" photo when sending any form which requires a passport-size photo.  In my husband's case, he emailed me a digital photo, and I uploaded it to Walgreen's website to have it printed.  For his Visa interview in Rio de Janeiro, the consulate accepted either a 2"x2" photo or the different size (I think 3"x2") which is accepted by the Brazilian government.

 

The wait is long enough, that I wouldn't risk anything which might result in an RFE and further delay the process.

I appreciate it Misses ddtenor2 , you are absolutely right , that's why I'm asking and asking again questions and investigating, the wait is too long and don't want to  make it longer, so I'll provide with all what I have and good luck to everyone hope for the best

If you are the beneficiary, then you don't need to provide either with the I-129F (albeit it won't hurt either)...they will still request it at the embassy stage (both the original and a translated copy). If you are the petitioner, then you need to send proof that you are a USC - a birth certificate if born in the US, all pages of your US passport, a naturalization certificate, etc.

ok thank you Geowrian, right I'm not the petitioner, I'm the beneficiary instead, I just want to provide my fiancee with all the necessary documents, so like you said no need to give my original birth certificate just the translated one, and since I'm not currently in the U.S so I don't need to provide the I-94 from
