Hello fellow July 2017-ers.  I have a question.  The online status at the NVC recently changed to “At NVC” from “Please submit documents”.  I called a while ago and was told that our documents were received at the NVC on March 7th.  My question is, does the 11 weeks start from this recent change in status or from March 7th?  Thanks!

Hi all, I have an update.  I looked through other posts and found out (1) if your status changes to "At NVC" here:

https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx

And (2) your AOS link disappears from here:

https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx

That means your case has been completed at the NVC.  On our case, both of these conditions were true.  So to confirm, I called the NVC and was told that our case was closed on March 23rd.  Seems like we are extremely lucky because they received our documents on March 7th so that is only just over 2 weeks.  Wowsers!  I hope everyone else's goes this quick.

So now I am waiting for my interview to be scheduled.

My PD is July 27,2017 at TSC

my status changed to RFE on March 5 and I received the physical letter on March 19 they asked for passport style photos and I sent out the rfe on March 20. Will my status online change to rfe received? Or will they just approve it? How long does it usually take them to respond?
