I have created this forum for anybody within the Employment based immigrant visa category, that has made in to the NVC stage.

Please provide the country in which you will attend the US embassy and the dates for the following: scan date (SD), case complete (CC) and interview, where available.

Also, it would be very useful if you could update your timeline so that others in a similar circumstance can compare for reference purposes!

Thanks :)

As suggested by @JBMG, I have created a topic, specifically focused on Employment based immigrant Visas. For all of you guys within the EB category, please follow the page and update your information where applicable. Thanks!

Hi Feanix, my advice is to tag those that you know that have your visa category.. tagging them will bring people to your forum.. . At least you can already tag the following found on our spreadsheet..

Babybjorn
dream4200
enigma992
Feanix
greenline2017
jen targ
miaqat
pjsrav
Rayan_B
sulusum
TeeA10
tujna

Also you can find more people with the eb3 at the following link.  Just need to click on their profile to collect their VJ screen names..  Maybe there is an easier way but I haven't figure it out yet. Good luck! :)

Finally, advise you to follow your forum so that when people provide updates, you're alerted..

Is anybody has a update on case  in other words good news;)

Nope! But it's the weekend so I don't expect to hear anything until next week. But based on the spreadsheet from the other forum, most EB cases do seem to take a little longer to schedule interviews. I don't know if that's just coincidence based on there only being a few or if it is an actual trend. I guess we will have to wait and see this coming week! Wednesday will mark 14 days for me since CC

Received Case Complete on 5 July.  It took 9 weeks and 6 days.  Waiting for an interview date, hopefully it wont take too long to schedule.

Are there any South Africans that have experiences to share... how long from Case Complete?

thanks

From what I can tell based on the extremely useful information provided by @JBMG, EB visa types are taking roughly 3-4 weeks from CC to interview notification. Although that isn't to say it is a guaranteed trend so stay positive and make sure to keep calling NVC! My CC was June 28th so tomorrow marks 2 weeks so I'm not expecting anything this week but who knows! Also, if you waited for your email from NVC for notification of your CC, that is not nececarily the date it was complete. My letter stated July 6th, but that was the day the email was sent. So you could be further ahead than you think :)

Ok, thanks for the reassurance! My CC was on June 23rd and my email notification was a week after that. So this is technically my 3rd week. Good luck to everyone waiting.

Based on the interview notification dates from the spreadsheet, interviews were given out in bulk the first week of June, mid June (13-15th) and the very end of June. Those with mid June notifications still made it for July interview dates, just the end of July, so let's hope that the majority of us fall in that category. I believe that if we don't hear anything by Friday, it is likely to be September.
