No worries right now.  Even if it passes, and that is a VERY long shot, it will be implemented for many years from now.  There are a few huge discussions over in the General Discussion Area.

Not sure if this belong in here.

US is planning to stop issuing Visa to 4 countries ( Eritrea, Guinea, Sierra Leone , and Cambodia) because of not accepting deported citizens.  If it's official, could this affect those that are recently submitting K1 or I-130 (spouse) Or only affect those that plan to file after the suspended date?

As I said on another thread, this type of punishment has only been enacted twice before, and both times only diplomatic and governmental visas were affected.

Maybe I miss read here. https://www.cambodiadaily.com/news/us-imposes-visa-sanctions-on-cambodia-134011/

Quote

In an email last night, a U.S. State Department spokeswoman declined to comment on the specific details, but said that the visa suspensions “may include any category of visa applicants, as determined by the Department on a country-by-country basis.”

“These visa restrictions do not affect other consular services provided, including adjudication of applications from individuals not covered by the restriction,” she added.

I guess the second paragraph does not affect sponsoring process.

only two countries have previously received sanctions under the law: Guyana, in 2001, and The Gambia, in 2016. In both cases, US visas were restricted for certain government and diplomatic employees.

Which isn't to say that's what will happen this time too, but I'd be surprised if it were different.

Is there is a significant chance the RAISE Act could in fact get passed - by being tied to DACA relief in Congress? It seems like congress will now pursue a legislative solution for DACA.

Senator Tom Cotton, one of the proponents of the RAISE Act basically said he would support DACA if it was tied to the RAISE Act:

I think the RAISE Act was essentially DoA as soon as it was proposed.

I'm sure Trump and Republicans aren't above politicking and using Dreamers as pawns in their larger game.

Fiance's are considered 'close family members' and are not subject to the ban. However, you might expect a longer period of administrative processing after the interview. Good luck.

Edit: See Geowrian's comment below.

Quote from site linked to below:

My Fiancee is Awaiting Her Visa and She is Scheduled For an Interview. She is an Iranian National. How Does This Affect Our Situation?

Under the language of the Proclamation, as long as a valid visa is issued and possessed by the traveler before midnight on October 18, 2017, the proclamation will not affect that person. So if your fiance does not have her interview, and does not get her visa in hand prior to October 18, they will not be permitted to enter. After October 18, no Iranian travelers will be permitted entry unless they are entering as a green card holder, or they have a valid F, M, or J class visa.

See the "travel ban v3.0" going into effect on 10/18/2017. This one does not have exceptions for close family members (but I'm sure the lack of this will be contested in court).
