Submitting online IV application to Naples

So I logged on to the online application by using the case number given. When get to the application list screen, it only shows the IV application to complete. I can't find the ds-261 chops an agent application. Does this mean I don't have to do it and continue and send the main application? Also the fee part says "not applicable"; does that mean I don't have to pay it??

You just need to complete the DS 260 on line and submit it. 

Once you're done and also have the other documents listed in the IV packet, go to the other website to book your interview and courrier delivery

We don't pay that on line. We will pay it at the consulate the day of our interview.

Hey me again. So after u do the online application da-260 do we have to send anything to the NVC or do we just take it with us to Naples. And when can we schedule and interview?

What I did was do the ds 260 on line and print it. 

I will take it with me at the interview. 

Honestly I followed the steps indicated in the IV package for Naples. As far as I know we don't need to send anything.

Hey were u able to book the appointment through there website? I am not able to set up an appointment. All the dates on the calendar are non functional even to 2021 hahaha what do I do?

Hi, I have the same problem. I followed the instruction but when it comes to book a date it doesn't allow me. Did you figure it out yet? I called the call center and they told me he is not sure why this is happening. I tried to call the consulate too but i wasn't able to talk to anyone.

I emailed naples and they said to try again tomo and the next couple of days. It's ridiculous.

Thank you for letting me know..Thats great!maybe someone canceled it. Thats too soon for me. Hopefully something else mid August will open!
