Hi good morning, I'm here in the u.s working on the h2b visa. Expires November of this coming year. I'm married to a u.s citizen . Will it be a problem if I leave my job to. Go live with my husband before my contract ends in November.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Then you need to stay in status through your work visa until you do, assuming you go that route.
