When do I send that? Is it part of the I129 in addition to the 535$ fee? Or do I send it to my fiance after the i129 is approved with her copy of the package + other requirements?

It's a separate fee. You can send it when your case file is on the way from NVC to the embassy.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Like above, once I-129f is process and approved (NOA2) it will go to NVC. At that point you can get a case number MNL*********** and use that to set up and pay for an appointment at St Lukes online or in person at a BPI branch I believe and show receipt of payment at medical. My partner took care of most of this on his end.

Once petition arrives in Manila and CEAC has "Ready for interview" you can set up the interview and again pay online or in person.

Also don't forget to do CFO, either before or afer interview. If before she needs to return with passport and approved K-1 visa so they can affix proper certificate/stamp for immigrations.

It's a required "seminar" type thing where they educate Philippines citizens before they go over seas. It is required or immigrations won't let her into the main airport terminal without it being done.

It can be done again before or after the interview but they have to affix the certificate/seal, so if before the interview she needs to just go back and they will put it in her passport.

It's cheap... $20-40 I believe it was and takes like 4-5 hours...

I've never heard of paying the SLEC medical fees online...anybody have any documentation? That doesn't sound right at all. The MRV fee can be paid online, but that's separate.

The St. Lukes medical exam fee can not be paid online.  Your fiancee will pay for it at St. Lukes on the day of her medical.  She will pay Php16,042.50 - cash only.  Please check out the web site for St. Lukes Medical Extension Clinic.

Medical fee is part of the actual visa application in Manila.   You do not include with the I-129F.

Follow the link below in my signature for details of the visa application process in Manila.

That is a big NO~!!!!

You can NOT pay for St. Luke's online.

You have your cart and horse all hooked up wrong.    You pay your VISA fee at BPI, and ONLY those with certain bank accounts can be paid online.   You can schedule the INTERVIEW for the embassy online...

BUT you are all you can do online with St. Luke's is PRE-REGISTER!!   St. Luke's can only be paid with CASH in Pesos.

LASTLY.  You do NOT need to wait for READY STATUS on the CEAC website to schedule the interview ...

And the USC can NOT pay any of those fees ONLINE!
