Ok so, the region where you are interviewing does not make any difference to your interview, it is based on your country of eligibility;  and there is no "Middle East" as a region in DV. Is your case number an AF number wth you chargeable to Egypt? If so then first you need to realize that Egypt often has lower cut off numbers per month than (most of) the rest of Africa, because some countries with a lot of winners have to stagger interviews more. Judging by last few years your interview will *probably* be sometime between January and March. You will only know for certain when the visa bulletin with your number is published and you get an interview letter - this is normally about 6-8 weeks before the interview.

If you don't know how to read the visa bulletin, may I suggest you browse the site britsimonsays.com where this (and many other relevant issues) are explained for DV winners.

If your number is published in for example may 2018 . the interview will be about 6-8 weeks after or in that month?

6-8 weeks after publication for example the visa bulletin published in May will be the "June visa bulletin" but will have advance notification for DV numbers for July - so if you have a July interview you'll find out in May. The actual interview notice normally comes a week or two after the visa bulletin is published.

Email KCC according to the instructions for contacting them on your selection letter, and ask them to unlock the DS260 to correct it.  If you are DV2017 then there may not be time to change now, as KCC doesn't unlock if you are scheduled for interview, in this case just correct it at the interview.
