no you can't , it have to process aos fee first meanwhile you can start getting your documents for aos

My priority date is December 22' 2015. Received the welcome letter in May and submitted my documents to NVC. Now impatiently waiting for an interview call!

Hey thank you. I did my online visa application first. Made some payments and then submitted all the documents by mail to NVC. That includes I864. My husband did most of it so I'll check with him. But we put together everything possible that we could think of in addition to the checklist that we got.

i just chosen my agent i got an email and in the email :agent chosen is the name of applicant it is normal? i selected my petitioner as agent

in my case the aplicant is the person asking for the visa (my husband) and the petioner me also the agent, now if you make a mistake you can edit, I did the same thing and fixed it  , print your confirmation after your fix it 😉
