Timeline

Yay! We received our paper NOA1 today, I-797C.

 

The timeline for those wanting to compare...

  • June 13th we mailed via USPS 2nd day priority
  • June 15th received notification from USPS that it arrived
  • June 19th received the text/email NOA1
  • June 23rd the paper NOA1 arrived

So, 10 days from dropping it in the mail to getting the form in hand. 🙌

Sent form on 06/24 hope to get NOA1 next week hoping for a speedy process fingers crossed on 3 months or less the better! Congratulations everyone on starting this process!

I sent our I-129f June 19th 2017 and still haven't got any email,text,or letter yet,to show they received it. Today is June 25th 2017...Is it normal to wait this long to hear that they recieved it?

I hope thats the case for me. I havent heard anything yet and i lost my post office receipt,i sent it off June 19th-and its the 25th

02/21/2018: Interview and approved!

03/06/2018: Visa in Hand

Oh Ok. I was worried too and they sent back our photo album, my fiancee didn't know albums photos were not allowed lol. Just wait and pray. Hopefully everything will go smoothly. 

 

 

I sent pictures to i didnt kno its not allowed,what will happen?

They'll return them and later on if they need some more evidence they will request for it. Don't worry.

With the new i129F form, the G325 (no G325A) is not needed anymore, so you should be fine.
