Infopass appointment impossible - Washington DC/Fairfax

I have been trying to get an infopass appointment for the last two weeks with no luck. I keep getting the message that there are no appointments available and to check back the next day. I've checked all hours (midnight, 2 am, 5 am, during the day) and no luck. Does anyone know what time the appointments get available in the system? Or if the Fairfax, VA office allows walk-ins?
