C1 VISA FOR MY AUNT

Hello there!

My aunt will be traveling to Canada and the plane ticket is cheaper if she goes through US airport. She was denied a US B1/B2 visa a couple of times already and I'm wondering if she would get approved for a C1 visa. What form does she need to fill out? Is it the same form when applying B1/B2 visa? Please help!

Thank you!

Probably not

How big is the price difference? With the cost of the visa application  (which may be denied)  plus she has to make an extra stop and has to deal with US immigration -  is it really worth it?

Good point

Thank you for all your response.

My aunt was granted a B1/B2 visa already. Just last Friday. Same time I posted my question. I didn't know she already applied before I even posted my inquiry. I was just hoping for a C1 visa but she applied the B1/B2 anyway! And got approved! What a surprise! Maybe her Canadian visitor visa helped!

Anyway, thank you again!
