Filling in Santo Domingo , HELP

i need help and im very confused . i filed the I-30 AND g-325 for my husband in santo domingo in december of 2016 i then recieved an email form the us embassy counsular section telling me that in order for them to proceed with the visa process i need to schedule my appointments at the VAC and the Embassy so i did schedule both appointments but im confuse as far as were would i pay the fee for my visa and if i can just submitt my affidavit of support i-864 at the embassy interview or during the interview at the  visa application center. ??  i did fill out the DS-260 form online but it was asking me for an NVC NUMBER that i do not have , do i need that ? will i need to send or pay anything in  the US? or can i just do everything directly in santo domingo wich is were i filled ?  anyone please HELP im going crazy with this process

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!
