If the op has been put into Administrative Processing then his visa is not yet approved. Many people get told they are approved at their interview and then have to go through AP. He will not get his visa until they are done with AP, could be a few weeks, a few months or longer it all depends on what they're looking at.

That's great and a very short stint in AP. Good for you!

mokor, how long did it take to get your visa in the end?

Hey,

I received it approximately a week after the interview.

Please keep in mind that I waited for over half a month for the interview.

By the way, I went to New York City and Boston and I had lots of fun :D

Best,

mokor

Awesome, eases me somewhat. I'm on AP now since my interview, the guy said it was all approved and fine... makes you worry though!

Yeah, I know right!

But I think if the officer said that it is approved, you should have no worries!

Goodluck and have fun in the US ;)
